Based on the Client’s requirements, PRIME recruits Filipinos imbued with professionalism, the requisite skills, and excellent work ethics.

Selection

PRIME facilitates interviews between the Client and prospective candidates via phone or the internet. PRIME can also set up a job fair in the Philippines should the Client prefer or require that they personally recruit their future employees.

Processing

PRIME assists in complying with the requirements for visa-sponsorship applications of the Client’s relevant government authority.

Deployment

PRIME coordinates with the Client on travel arrangements of the hired candidates.
Upon employment, PRIME implements the shared-responsibility program which highlights the various measures meticulously followed in ensuring the welfare of our workers following deployment.

Post-deployment

PRIME remains in contact with the Client and deployed candidates to ensure a successful relationship. It is PRIME’s policy to monitor the new personnel’s growth and development.
